Diversified Concrete Cutting was founded in 1981 and has serviced construction professionals ever since, specializing in all aspects of concrete cutting & removal, as well as associated demolition & removal procedures. This allows us to be more responsive, highly proficient, and better suited to handle difficult projects than the traditional one-shop contractor. We are highly trained professionals with decades of experience, committed to delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget while providing the highest quality of workmanship attainable in our industry.
As a member of the Associated General Contractors, the International Laborers Union, and the National Demolition Association, DCC is equipped with a network of resources and unlimited manpower throughout the eleven western United States in which we are licensed. With a modern, expansive fleet of 125 trucks, and diverse capabilities that range from highway or runway saw and seal to high-rise demolition, Diversified also has the proven ability to take on projects of any size.
Our Abatement Division is adept at handling any environmental issues that may be present or that may arise in your project. We work to eliminate health hazards wherever they appear.
Our Demolition Division handles projects of almost any size, from re-models to re-builds, residential to industrial. Diversified Demolition has the experience and technical expertise to determine the best methods, equipment and materials for each unique application. This is the key to bringing safety, quality and efficiency together to deliver on time and on budget.
Our Grinding & Grooving Division specializes in pavement preparation. Its main functions are leveling out road bumps and channeling water off the road.
Our Rumble Strip Division is devoted to keeping public roads safe. They cut the slots in the shoulder of the road that keep inattentive or sleepy drivers from leaving the roadway.
Our Saw and Seal Division specializes in new and existing highway and runway work, including green sawing, widening, & joint sealing. As one of the largest saw and seal company on the west coast, we are able to combine the latest innovative equipment with the most efficient methods to provide the highest production possible.
Our Service Division has more assorted duties, which include flat sawing, wall sawing, core drilling, concrete breaking, and excavation. In short, we provide the specialty services that the industry has come to rely upon.
