Our expertise in sawing and sealing dates back to the late 1980’s. We have since completed literally millions of feet of new and existing expansion joints throughout the western states, including in both Texas and Kansas. Many of our skilled and highly trained employees have been with us from the beginning and travel throughout the Western region to complete these projects within budget and on time. This continuity with our crews helps to insure safety, consistency, and quality of work.

Diversified Concrete Cutting, Inc. has had to conform to many various agencies using the appropriate equipment with the most efficiency possible. This has ranged from the walk-behind flatsaw, rideable saw, gangsaw or spansaw, centerline saws and the early entry saw. All have become vital means of completing the represented joint work. From green sawing and widening of new concrete pavement joints, re-sawing of existing pavement joints to sawing control joints in asphalt; Diversified has completed a wide array of joint sawing work.

Sealing of the expansion joints is becoming more imperative to increasing the lifespan of pavement. As stated by the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA); “The purpose of joint sealant is to minimize infiltration of surface water and incompressible material into the joint system.” In order to help comply with these criteria, our sealing operation must be clean and perhaps more important, thorough. We have applied all types of various sealant materials; from self-leveling and non-sag silicones to compression seal, two-component material, hot pour and jet-fuel resistant sealants. Our crews are universally trained and adapted to install all of these materials.
